Day - 01

Yangon Arrival
Arrive at Yangon International Airport. Meet and transfer to Hotel. After check-in hotel, lunch at a restaurant. After lunch, Half Day sightseeing around Yangon. Visit Nanthida Jetty to see river life, shopping at Bogyoke(Scott) Market. Sule Pagoda, Botahtaung Pagoda. That night visit the famous Shwe Dagon Pagoda, on of the most amazing sites in South East Asia. Overnight at Grand Plaza Park Royal Hotel in Yangon.

Yangon – Kyaikthiyo
After breakfast, a long excursion by road, 190km east of Yangon to KYAIKHTIYO. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch to see the GOLDEN ROCK, a huge boulder completely covered by gold leaf and delicately balanced on the edge of a cliff. From KIN PUN, a steep and rough 11 km dirt road leads to the upper staging point, a journey made in open trucks, which are very crowded. From the 'upper area', travellers must, at present, walk the final stage, approx. 4 km, up steep paths which ascend some 500 m to the GOLDEN ROCK. As an easier alternative to walking, visitors can be carried in sedan chairs by four porters, at an extra cost of approx. US$10.00 p.p<excluded in package>. On arrival watch the beauty of sunset or dawn at this important pilgrimage site. Stay overnight at Kyaik Hto Hotel near Kyaiktiyo.

Don't forget your torch light, as it is quite dark when you return back to your Hotel after sun-set!!!

Kyaikthiyo – Bago - Yangon
Breakfast at the Hotel.
After breakfast, continue by road 110km to BAGO. On the way, excursion to Bago sightseeing to Traditional Bago Market, Shwemawdaw Pagoda, Kanbawzathadi Palace; the palace site of Bayinnaung(founder of Myanmar2nd Dynasty), Shwethalyaung Pagoda (Reclining Buddha), Chinese Temple, . Lunch at local restaurant by own arrangement. After lunch, return by road to Yangon, visiting reroute the World War II Allied War Grave cemetery near HTAUKKYANT. Dinner own arrangement. Overnight at Grand Plaza Park Royal Hotel in Yangon.

Yangon Departure
After breakfast at hotel, visit to Strand Jetty to witness the daily life of the people along the Yangon River, Mahapasana Cave where the Buddhist Synods are held, . Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch, visit to Bogyoke Market used to be called Scott Market - the largest market in Yangon with time to browse among the hundreds of stalls for souvenir bargains, arts & crafts souvenir shopping center before transfer to airport for flight back to home.
